Proud' s Gym ball has many training applications. First, it will work great as part of strengthening, balance and coordination exercises.

Regular ball training results in strengthening the muscles of the legs, buttocks and abdomen , reducing spinal pain, slimming the figure and getting rid of excess fat tissue. It also improves motor coordination and balance and increases joint mobility.

The ball is a great alternative to a chair while working at the computer, it prevents back pain and provides comfortable sitting. By activating the abdominal muscles, it provides a healthy and natural sitting position.

The most commonly performed exercises with the ball are: crunches, planks, lifting legs with the ball between the feet, bending with the ball over the head, lifting hips, squats, push-ups.

The Gym Ball is equipped with the ANTI-BURST system , which means that the air will gradually escape from it in case of damage, preventing the athlete from a sudden fall. It is made of very good quality PVC , which is extremely durable and resistant to most contaminants. It is a material often used and appreciated in the production of sports equipment.
