Description

Steel plates covered with a layer of rubber to increase the comfort of use.

The plates have special handles that increase comfort when changing them, but also serve as handles. Thanks to this, the plate can be used as a separate training accessory without the use of a barbell.

There are seven different weight variants available, tailored to the individual needs of the trainee. The weight of the loads starts from 1.25 kg to 20 kg. Each of them has a diameter of 50.44 mm intended for Olympic-type barbells.

The load will be perfect for classic use, but also as an element of functional training and work on the upper body parts. Such variety is extremely helpful when, for example, the training space is very limited.

Working with loads does not have to be limited only to tears, tosses or general strength work. This type of plates enables a varied and rich training.
