The kBox4 Lite Platform is inherent in every kBox4 Lite system. It is perfect for anyone in need of a flywheel training system that could allow them to maintain their training regimen on the road or maximize every inch of their training facility.

In addition to its compact size, at just 9.5 kg, the kBox4 Lite offers a built-in kMeter II feedback system and a remarkable standard inertia range between 0.005 kgm² and 0.200 kgm².

The kBox4 Lite is ready to use right after unpacking, with no assembly or tools required. Just mount a flywheel and connect an attachment and you’re ready to go.

In our kBox4 generation of flywheel training devices, the kBox4 Lite model is often chosen for its built-in kMeter II feedback system, smaller footprint and lower weight at just 9.5 kg, making it the most mobile kBox4 device, perfect for any users who frequently travel. The kBox4 Lite comes in two colors (Jet Black and Midnight Blue) and it is made from powder-coated aluminium, with details made of anodized hardened carbon steel and aluminium, and high-friction rubber.

Like every kBox4 system, the kBox4 Lite Platform has a built-in automatic belt length adjustment mechanism for seamless transitions between drills and individuals, it can be equipped with a Foot Block for lateral lower limb movements. Moreover, this platform comes with a free Angle Adjuster for more horizontal movements such as rows and swings.

The kBox4 Lite can be equipped with up to four flywheels in four different sizes:
Large: 0.050 kgm²
Medium: 0.025 kgm²
Small: 0.010 kgm²
Extra Small: 0.005 kgm²
